Privacy
We only ask for what we need to reply to you and help you start playing. Here is what happens to it.
What we collect
What you type into a form. To join: your name, email and age group, the team, your experience and first night, and if you give them your mobile number, how you heard about us and a message; for players under 18, a parent or guardian's name and email and the player's date of birth. To ask for a call: your name, phone number, a good time and the topic. To send a message: your name, email, the topic and your message.
Who sees it
Each form is emailed to the club. The volunteer who answers enquiries reads it, and passes it to the coach of the team you asked about. We don't sell it, and we don't share it outside the club.
How long we keep it
The club keeps your details only while it's helping you, and deletes them when it no longer needs them. When you register to play, the league's registration platform holds your details under its own privacy policy.
This website
The site sets no cookies and has no tracking or advertising. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and a video loads from YouTube only when you press play.
Our forms are sent through Web3Forms. It keeps a copy for 30 days.
