No. Flag football has no tackling: you stop the play by pulling a flag from the ball carrier's belt.

Do I need experience or fitness?

No experience needed, and fitness comes with training.

What do I wear?

Sports clothes and runners or boots, and bring a water bottle.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. Bring a friend along to training and try it together. How joining works

What if I'm 14 or 15?

The team is open to women and girls 14 and over. Players under 18 register with a parent or guardian.

Is it social or competitive?

We play in the league's competition. Come to training and see whether it suits you.
